Andrea Michaud

Andrea Michaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting and Technical Projects at AABB since January 2022, Andrea previously held roles such as Manager of Laboratory Services at ThedaCare and Site Manager for Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists at BayCare Clinic. With a strong foundation in donor relations as VP at The Community Blood Center and a decade as Quality Assurance Officer at the American Red Cross, Andrea possesses a comprehensive background in both operational leadership and quality management. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University.
