Gennifer Tate

Gennifer Tate, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic HR leader currently serving as Site Human Resources Manager at AAK since February 2020. With a collaborative approach to human resources, Gennifer has extensive expertise in the employee life cycle and possesses deep knowledge of California and Federal employment law. Prior to AAK, Gennifer held the position of Human Resource Manager at Dean Foods Company from 2008 to February 2020. Gennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay.
