Niall Sands

Niall Sands has extensive experience in commercial development and innovation within the food industry, currently serving as President of Commercial Development & Innovation and Vice-President at AAK since August 2018. Niall also holds the position of President of Plant-based Foods and has worked in global accounts focused on nutrition and plant-based foods. Prior to AAK, Niall was the Business Unit Director for Food Service at Moy Park from February 2017 to August 2018. Niall's earlier roles at AAK included Commercial Director for South America, while previous positions at Kerry spanned over a decade, encompassing various managerial roles in meat ingredients, flavors, and commercial development. Niall holds an MSc in Operations Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc in Computer Studies from Ulster University.
