Marcin Skrzyniarz

Marcin Skrzyniarz is an experienced process and maintenance engineer currently employed at Aalberts Surface Technologies Heat since December 2018. Responsibilities include active participation in production process analysis, continuous control of heat treatment processes, optimization of equipment processes, and compliance with client specifications. Prior experience includes roles as a production planner, warehouse lead, and production worker at PCE Polska sp. z o.o., where key achievements involved designing an automated file to enhance transport organization. Marcin holds a master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and an engineering degree in Logistics from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław, in addition to a technical diploma in Mechatronics.
