Ben Pobgee

Ben Pobgee is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a career spanning several prominent companies in the automotive and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a manufacturing engineer at AALTO since July 2025, Ben previously held the position of manufacturing engineer for new models at McLaren Automotive Ltd for a brief period in June to July 2025. Before that, Ben worked at Volta Trucks as a senior manufacturing engineer and manufacturing engineer from May 2022 to July 2025. Ben's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Alexander Dennis Limited, where Ben progressed from mechanical fitter to manufacturing engineer and ultimately to lead manufacturing engineer, working there from June 2007 to May 2022.
