Edward Lau

Edward Lau possesses a robust background in embedded software engineering and controls management, with over 19 years of experience at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Embedded Software Engineering, Edward focuses on enhancing the ASPICE process for software engineering. Previous roles at AAM include Embedded Software Manager and Lead Embedded Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing software development lifecycles, leading concurrent OEM programs, and direct collaboration with customers and suppliers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Controls Engineer, where Edward managed global projects and developed corporate standards for robotic automation.
