Elise Churchill

Elise Churchill, M.T.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Elise has held various roles in human resources and talent management. Starting in 2010, they joined AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing and worked their way up to become the Director of Global HR Operations and Talent Management, a position they currently hold. Prior to joining AAM, Elise gained experience through internships at Pepsi Bottling Group and PSCU Financial Services. Elise also worked as an Instructional Design Technologist at Lean Learning Center. Elise's career has been focused on HR operations, organizational development, and business partnering.

Elise Churchill, M.T.D. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University. Elise also obtained a Master's degree in Training and Development from the same institution.
