Federico Flores S. is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a robust background in manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Engineering Maintenance at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since August 2023, Federico previously held the position of Operations Director at Rassini Brakes from November 2014 to August 2023, overseeing the operations of multiple casting and machining facilities. Federico's career at AAM began in January 2003, leading to the role of Plant Manager where responsibilities included overseeing operational, administrative, and financial functions for a large manufacturing complex in Mexico. Prior experience includes a tenure as Operations Director at Dana from November 1981 to January 2001. Federico holds a Specialized Management Training degree from the University of Michigan and a Mechanical Industrial Engineering degree from the Technology Queretaro Institute.
