Harsh Kohli

Harsh (Hersh) Kohli currently serves as the Head of India IT (India CIO) and Global Competency Center (GCC) at American Axle & Manufacturing since 2020, while also holding the position of Director, PMO and Head of IT Strategy, Planning and Transformation for Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa at PepsiCo since 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Director IT at Alstom, Global Director IT at VMware, and Associate Vice President at Zensar, with earlier roles at Motorola Inc. spanning from Senior IT Account Relationship Manager to Senior Engineer in Supply Chain Technology Operations. Harsh is academically distinguished with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, additional management training from Yale School of Management, and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore.
