Lukas Ruzicka

Lukas Ruzicka is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in controlling and finance roles across multiple countries. Currently serving as a Plant Finance Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since September 2021, Lukas previously held various positions at KAMAX from July 2014 to August 2021, including Director of Controlling Operations for Germany and Plant Controller. An international training experience included managing defining finance projects in Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, and China, which led to taking over the controlling agenda as CFO in China. Additional experience includes roles as a Pricing Analyst at Holcim Granulats France and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Holcim Czech Republic. Educationally, Lukas holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from both NEOMA Business School and Lancaster University, specializing in European Management.
