Currently serving as Senior Manager at the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) in Bahrain and Vice Chairman of the AEB at AAOIFI, Mughees leads initiatives at Fingel Global Inc as the Chairman of the Advisory Board, focusing on innovative financial solutions amidst global challenges. As an Islamic Banking Advisor at Bank Nizwa and the inaugural Head of Islamic Finance at the College of Banking and Financial Studies, Mughees developed a pioneering Islamic Finance Department in Oman, achieving remarkable profitability and industry recognition.
