With a background in finance from Sprint Nextel, Valentina has extensive experience in risk adjustment and quality assurance, holding positions such as Risk Adjustment and Quality Specialist and Clinical Navigation Specialist at Community Health Provider Alliance and HealthONE respectively. Valentina is recognized for building vital partnerships between payers and primary care practices and has developed educational initiatives on risk adjustment to enhance coding practices among providers and staff. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver.
