Jonathan Kovac

Jonathan Kovac is a seasoned professional in quality management and repair cycle management with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems at AAR since March 2018, Jonathan oversees ISO 9001 and AS9120 accreditation, leads internal audits, and manages document control programs. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Manager of Repair Cycle Management at Airinmar and AAR CORP., where responsibilities included managing over 70,000 repair orders annually and overseeing a substantial annual budget of over $130 million. Jonathan's early career included positions such as Airport Operations Intern at Wayne County Airport Authority and Airport Line Attendant at Southern Illinois University, where foundational skills in aviation operations were developed. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Southern Illinois University.
