Jerlyn Tolentino

Jerlyn Tolentino is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Aardvark Therapeutics since March 2025, Jerlyn previously held the position of Executive Director at Nuvig Therapeutics Inc. and served at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as Director of Clinical Development Operations. Jerlyn’s career includes roles such as Director of Clinical Trial Management and Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Chinook Therapeutics, in addition to significant positions at Bird Rock Bio, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, and PAREXEL. Jerlyn began professional endeavors with clinical research roles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, following a foundation in clinical research coordination at Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Jerlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
