Eileen Spencer

Eileen (Stevens) Spencer is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design, Implementation & Enablement at AARP since November 2009. In this role, Eileen leads teams in delivering customer experience expertise and thought leadership to various business units and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Eileen held positions including Director of Customer Experience at AARP, where operations support for 50+ Member Experience was managed, and served as a consultant for various companies including ConferenceDirect and Revolution Health Group. Eileen's extensive background also includes consulting roles at Nextel, Columbia House, Network Solutions, and MCI, among others. Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University.
