Justin Chow

Justin Chow is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Manager of the Intern Program at AARP since February 2019, following a role as Advisor for the same program. Previously, Justin held the position of Lead Human Resources Specialist - Recruitment for the DC Government, where responsibility included the development and management of the government's talent acquisition strategy. At KPMG US, as Campus Development Manager, Justin led diversity-focused campus recruitment efforts in Washington, D.C. Additionally, as Diversity Program Coordinator at the Student Conservation Association, Justin managed a diversity internship program impacting over 100 diverse college students annually. Early career experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter at DHR International, specializing in recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. Justin holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
