Simon then went on to join Aarsleff Ground Engineering Ltd, where Simon has held various positions such as Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Engineer, Contracts Engineer, and Graduate Engineer. In these roles, Simon has managed a range of projects valued from £10k - £3.5m from project award through to agreeing a final account.
