Gitte Svenstrup

Gitte Svenstrup has a diverse background in food science and business, with experience in various roles at companies such as Aasted ApS, Toms Gruppen A/S, and Toms Confectionery Group. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations at Aasted ApS, Gitte also holds titles such as Head of Technical Sales, Senior Food Technologist, and Head of Aasted Technology Center. With a Master's degree in Food Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, Gitte is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School. Gitte's previous roles include Forskningsassistent at The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University and Bioanalytiker at Svendborg Sygehus.
