In this role, they were responsible for implementing a new cloud platform and developing logistics services. Before joining MAN, Rabea worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Quintiq GmbH, where they contributed to the company's rapid growth. Rabea also held the position of Vice President Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Axxom Software AG, where they led a team and sold planning and optimization software. Additionally, Rabea gained experience as a Key Account Manager at Gebhardt Logistics Solutions GmbH and as an Area Sales Manager at Lidl Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG.
Rabea Böhme has a solid educational background. From 1998 to 2003, they attended Pforzheim University, where they earned a Diplom in Business Administration/Human Resources. In 2001-2002, they completed an internship at the Leka Gape Organisation in Lulekani, South Africa, focusing on Human Resources. More recently, from 2018 to 2021, they pursued their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Transformation Management at the Goethe Business School of Goethe University Frankfurt. Furthermore, they are currently studying Psychology/Social Psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt. In terms of certifications, they have obtained various qualifications from institutions such as DataCamp and Scrum.org, including AI Fundamentals and Professional Scrum Product Owner I.
