ABAC Therapeutics is aimed at seeking first-in-class drugs for precision treatment of MDR Gram-negative infections. While potent pathogen-specific antibacterial activity is essential, we believe that it is necessary to incorporate early other pharmaceutical properties, such as suitable pharmacokinetics and toxicological characteristics, to maximizethe chance of success in clinical development.
