Qaisar Murtaza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service operations and business process outsourcing. Currently serving as Vice President at Antlere since July 2021, Qaisar leads a digital customer experience solution platform, focusing on strategic vision and client engagement initiatives. Concurrently, Qaisar has been with Abacus Consulting since June 2009, holding various leadership roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities have included managing BPO operations for over 35 clients globally, overseeing customer service interactions, and implementing quality assurance measures. Qaisar's career began in customer service roles at Transcript Communications and Superior Communications, complemented by an MBA focused on Human Resource Management and Marketing from Superior University Lahore and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from Bahaudin Zakariya University.
