Syed Farhat Ali Bokhari, SHRM-SCP, SPHRi™, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital solutions and employee engagement. Currently serving as Vice President at Abacus Consulting since July 2010, Syed has advanced through various roles, playing a pivotal role in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing Total Rewards Advisory and Employee Engagement Surveys. Previous positions include Assistant Vice President and Senior Managing Consultant at the same firm. Syed began a career in human resources at Etimaad Engineering (Pvt.) Limited and has held positions at The Outsource Resource (Pvt) Ltd., Warid Telecom, and WIZMEN Systems, developing a strong foundation in HR functions, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resource Management from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology and a BCS (Hon's) in Computer Sciences from Government College University, Lahore.
