Deonta Sulcer

Deonta Sulcer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deonta is currently working as a Client Support Technician at Abacus Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Technical Support Specialist at BG Staffing, Inc. from March 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining BG Staffing, Inc., Deonta worked as a Senior Analyst (ATS) for Anthem at IBM from November 2017 to March 2020. Deonta also has experience as a Windows Reliability Engineer T3/T2 at Convergys from March 2016 to September 2017.

In addition, Deonta worked as a Senior Analyst ATS at HCL Technologies from February 2015 to March 2016 and as an Internal Help Desk-Mentor at Telvista Inc. from October 2010 to July 2015.

Deonta began their career as an Attendant at Affordable Elderly Care from 2007 to 2012 and later worked as a Cook at Braum's from January 2008 to November 2008.

Prior to that, Deonta worked as an Inventory Specialist at WIS International from 2005 to 2007 and as a Tier II Tech at Certified Companies from 2002 to 2006.

Deonta Sulcer obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Westwood College-Dallas, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Technician from James Madison High School, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.

Recently, in August 2021, Deonta obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
