Murad Naghiyev is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at ABB since September 2021 and as a UX/UI Design Educator at ABB Innovation since August 2023, Murad specializes in creating functional graphic and UI templates while identifying user flows and conducting A/B testing. Previous roles include Senior National Data Visualization Specialist at the United Nations, where responsibilities encompassed user journey mapping and layout consultation. Prior to that, Murad held various senior positions at Kapital Bank OJSC, including UX/UI Chapter Lead, where strategic user experience design was a focus. Additional experience includes multiple senior art director roles at PeopleBrand and Wunderman Thompson, emphasizing creativity and collaboration with creative teams. Murad holds a Bachelor's degree in Energetic and Energy Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and has foundational education from Baku Computer College.
