David Patten

David Patten serves as Chief Executive Officer UK and Chief People Officer at Abbey Logistics Group since June 2019. Previously, David held several key roles at Cargill from October 2014 to June 2019, including Chief Executive Officer and BU Director for Liquids, as well as Asset Strategy Program Manager overseeing a significant build project in Germany and Transportation & Logistics Manager for the European operations based in Belgium. David's earlier experience includes positions such as Head of Supply Chain at Nutricia Medical Nutrition and various management roles at Cargill, focusing on supply chain and operations. Additionally, David served as Supply Chain Manager at Greencore, managing substantial teams within the fresh food sector. David began a career in order coordination at Givaudan from 1999 to 2004 and holds education credentials from North Island College from 1988 to 1990.
