Lisa Norris serves as the Director of Compliance & Privacy Officer at ABB OPTICAL GROUP, where responsibilities include building and implementing a compliance program that meets customer requirements. As Chief Executive Officer of Pleasantly Compliant Database Solutions, LLC, Lisa provides essential tools and resources for health care providers to achieve regulatory compliance. Previously, as Chief Compliance Officer at Mary's Center, Lisa developed a comprehensive Compliance Plan and partnered with leadership for corrective actions. At The Retina Group of Washington, Lisa refined the compliance program to adhere to various regulations and oversaw the Medical Records Department. Lisa began the career as Compliance Manager at St. John's Community Services, leading the Corporate Compliance Program and Risk Management Plan. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Compliance from Argosy University and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law and Policy from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
