Jodie McGregor

Jodie McGregor has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, primarily within the life sciences sector. From February 2021 to February 2025, Jodie served as the Global Sourcing Lead for R&D at AbbVie, overseeing the R&D Sourcing & Talent Insights team focused on external talent sourcing and market intelligence projects. Prior roles include Global R&D Sourcing Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist for Medical Affairs in Europe & Canada, where Jodie led strategic sourcing initiatives and full-cycle recruitment for critical positions. Jodie's earlier experience includes consulting for Carmichael Fisher Executive Search, and a foundational academic background in law, with degrees from the University of Aberdeen and BPP Law School.
