Philip DiMare is an accomplished author and editor with extensive experience in academia and publishing. Currently serving as an Author for Routledge: Taylor and Francis Group since January 2009, Philip has also held the position of General Editor and Author for ABC-CLIO since 2007, notably contributing to the three-volume encyclopedia "Movies in American History." Additionally, Philip has been a General Editor at California State University, Sacramento, since 1997, where teaching responsibilities include courses in Religious Studies, Humanities, and History. Philip's educational background includes a Ph.D. in American Religions, Philosophical Theology, and Culture Studies from Syracuse University, a Master's degree in Religious Studies from Chicago Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CSU, Chico.
