Rochelle Larson

Rochelle Larson, P.E. serves as a Principal Engineer at the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority since September 2020, following a tenure as a Senior Engineer at Carollo Engineers from May 2018 to September 2020. Before that, Rochelle was an Environmental Engineer at CDM Smith from August 2008 to May 2018. Rochelle holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of New Mexico (2005-2008) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University (1997-2002).
