Vijay Katiyar

Vijay Katiyar is an experienced professional in supply chain and manufacturing management, currently serving as the National Supply Planning Manager at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. since June 2010, having previously held the role of Manufacturing Manager. Vijay's career began as a Food Technologist at DS Group from February 2005 to May 2006, followed by a position as Quality & Food Safety Executive at Mondelēz International from July 2006 to June 2008. Vijay holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2008-2010) and a B. Tech in Food Technology from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, Udaipur (2000-2004).
