Pete Abel has extensive work experience in the production and broadcast industry. Pete co-founded AbelCine in 1989 and served as the company's Director of Sales and Marketing. Pete was responsible for the US distribution of Aaton film cameras, the resale and market development of the Panasonic VariCam, and the US distribution of the Phantom high-speed camera line. In 2007, they became the President and CEO of AbelCine, where they focused on business development, management, strategic development, product launch and development, marketing strategy, and new market development. Prior to AbelCine, Pete worked as a Camera/Lens Technician from 1979 to 1989.
