Govind served as the Head of Human Resources at ABG Shipyard Ltd from 2006 onwards, where they were responsible for various HR operations, development and implementation of HR processes, and managing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Sagar Constructions, L&T Ltd as an HR and admin professional, overseeing personnel administration and industrial relations.
