Carlo Roch is currently a Police Officer at New Haven Police Department since November 2022. Prior to this role, Carlo worked as a Live-In Caregiver at Abilis, where they focused on creating a learning environment suitable to the client's needs and taught social skills and financial management. Carlo also held positions such as Life Skill Instructor at Ability Beyond, Security Guard at Custom Protective Services and U.S. Security Associates, Inc., and Sales Representative at Macy's. They completed their Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature as well as a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
