Leonelle M. Kozoi, LMSW, currently serves as a Clinical Coordinator at BronxWorks since April 2020, with a focus on coordinating clients' mental and physical health services, including counseling, follow-ups, and social service referrals while managing a caseload of up to 25 clients. Previously, Leonelle held positions as a Program Coordinator and Healthcare Case Manager at Harlem United from September 2016 to March 2020 and has been a Residential Counselor at Abilis since October 2015. Leonelle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from LIU Brooklyn, with the former completed in 2016 and the latter in 2014.
