Linda J. Talbert is the Chief Program Officer for Therapeutic & Family Advisory Services at Abilis. Prior to this role, Linda J. ran their own business as a Special Education Advocate, assisting families with IEP meetings, complaints, mediation, and due process. Linda also served on the Board of Directors for Abilis Inc. Linda J. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Teaching K-12 from Northwestern University.

Abilis provides assistance to adults and children with developmental disabilities and their families in lower Fairfield County, CT and parts of Westchester County, NY with supports and advocacy for building able lives and strong communities in a caring and nurturing environment.
