Christo Merisma is an experienced project manager in educational engineering, currently working at ABILWAYS since November 2019, where responsibilities include supporting public and private organizations in the implementation of training projects, responding to calls for proposals, identifying training needs, designing multimodal training solutions, recruiting trainers, and evaluating project outcomes. Prior to this role, Christo worked at SOFRECO from October 2017 to November 2019, focusing on training catalogue management, tailored training project coordination, and international capacity-building project management. Additional experience includes roles in training coordination, communication, and international relations across various organizations, complemented by a robust academic background with multiple advanced degrees in political science and international relations from prestigious institutions.
