Déborah Camby is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in recruitment, talent development, and managerial support. Currently serving as Responsable développement RH at ABILWAYS since January 2017, Déborah oversees recruitment, integration, skill development planning, talent reviews, salary reviews, and project management related to HR information systems and employer branding. Prior to this role, Déborah worked as a freelance consultant and held positions at Eodom and Société Générale, where responsibilities included recruitment strategy, individual relations, formation, and campus management. Déborah holds a Master's degree in Work Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre and a Baccalauréat with a specialization in English.
