Myriam Saint-Paul has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, holding various roles in education and training since 2016. Currently, Myriam is an intervenant at CNAM Ile-de-France, teaching management and labor law, and at Dalloz Formation, focusing on professional development strategies. Myriam also serves as an intervenant at UP Change, addressing harassment issues, and at ABILWAYS, leading sessions on HR fundamentals. As the Director of FutuRH, Myriam offers consulting services to small businesses in drafting workplace agreements. Additional teaching roles include a seminar on workforce planning at Sciences-U Paris and outreach in social relations through Transcriptus. Before these roles, Myriam was an HR Business Partner at AIR LIQUIDE, where Myriam contributed to the development of the IT entity and participated in management committees. Myriam holds advanced degrees in social law from Université Paris Nanterre and has a certification as a trainer.
