Adam Finck

Adam Finck is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior NPI Engineer II at Abiomed since April 2021, Adam is responsible for directing multiple engineering programs, leading international cross-functional teams, and managing substantial project budgets. Previous roles include Senior NPI Engineer at Integra LifeSciences, where Adam developed and executed testing protocols for Intra-Cranial Pressure Monitoring Systems, and Senior Design and Reliability Quality Engineer focused on risk management and material qualification. Adam's earlier experience includes positions at DePuy Synthes Companies, HMS Mfg. Co., and Federal-Mogul, emphasizing quality systems, process improvements, and product development.
