Carole Berg has extensive experience in personnel and human resource management, currently serving as the Associate Executive Director of Personnel and Program Development at Able2 Enhancing Potential since 2001. In addition to this role, Carole holds the position of Director of Residential Services at the same organization since January 2016. Previously, Carole was the Director of Human Resources at Pathways, Inc. from October 1995 to April 2001. Carole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Elmira College, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from Corning Community College.
