Joei Marshall Perry is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Culture at ABLE since May 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant for the Harvard Graduate School of Education from April 2018 to July 2019, and various positions at Harvard Law School from February 2010 to June 2015, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, HRIS Manager/Generalist, and Assistant Director of Faculty Support Services. Earlier in the career, Joei worked as an HRIS Manager at Arnold Worldwide from 1999 to 2001. Joei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Harvard University.
