Aimee Lefebvre

Aimee Lefebvre, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at AbleNet, Inc., starting in September 2024. Previously, Aimee held the position of Senior Director of Patient Experience at Outset Medical, Inc. from May 2023 to September 2024, and prior to that, Aimee was the Director of Patient Support at Tactile Medical from May 2021 to May 2023. Aimee's career also includes significant experience at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where Aimee worked from May 2007 to May 2021, initially as Senior Manager of Operations and later as Manager of Government Customer Relations, focusing on relationships with VA Hospitals and other government entities. Aimee holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Minnesota.
