Paul Thompson

Paul Thompson has extensive experience in global sales and business management within the assistive technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Global Assistive Technology Business at AbleNet, Inc. since April 2009. Throughout a successful career, Paul held various leadership roles at AbleNet, including Director and International Sales Manager, focusing on expanding partnerships and business opportunities globally. Prior to AbleNet, Paul served as US Sales Manager at Dolphin Computer Access, where market expansion efforts were key, and as Sales Manager at Texthelp Systems Ltd, managing sales in the UK and Australia. Additionally, Paul gained valuable experience as an Area Sales Manager at Yamaha Motors, overseeing dealer management in Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Paul holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Stannington College.
