Tanja Ikonen

Tanja Ikonen is a seasoned professional in human resources and research, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ABLOY since June 2018, with responsibilities including payroll processes, HR reporting, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager and HR Analyst at ABLOY, where similar duties were performed. Tanja's research background includes positions at the Natural Resources Institute Finland and the Finnish Forest Research Institute, focusing on R&D, business development, and quality management training for small and medium-sized businesses. Tanja holds two Master’s Degrees from the University of Eastern Finland in Economics and Business Administration as well as Forest Engineering and Wood Products Technology.
