JOB TITLE: Security Officer

LOCATION: The Potteries Centre, Stoke on Trent

HOURS: Full-time, 4 on and 4 off, variable shifts including weekend working. The average of 46 hours per week.

PAY RATE: £12.50 PER HOUR

ROLE OVIERVIEW, PURPOSE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patrolling the interior and exterior of the Shopping Centre

• Protecting the public and property, providing excellent Customer Service.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES:

• Observant, Smart Appearance, Good Communication Skills, Good Customer Service Skills.
