Jacob Quilter has a diverse background in technical support and IT engineering, currently serving as an L1 technical support engineer at Abnormal Security since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an IT engineer at SecurityMetrics from March 2017 to December 2022, where Jacob implemented new systems, improved inventory and internal processes, built internal training, and tracked system uptime. As a technical support manager at H&R Block from October 2015 to March 2017, Jacob assisted tax professionals with software issues, repaired internet software, and led a team of over twenty professionals. Jacob also served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from September 2013 to September 2015, training new missionaries and teaching English to Japanese citizens. Earlier experience includes a customer service role at Papa John's International from May 2010 to August 2013, where Jacob handled a high volume of orders and trained new employees. Jacob completed education at BYU-Pathway Worldwide in 2017-2018.
