Paul Verger is an experienced finance professional specializing in project finance and structured finance within the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as the Project Finance & Sales Manager at ABO Energy since May 2022, Paul focuses on raising project finance loans for renewable energy assets in France and facilitating the sale of project rights to institutional investors. Previously, Paul worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where roles included Structured Energy Finance Associate and Structured Export Finance Associate, overseeing significant debt facilities and transactions across diverse global markets. Paul began the career as a Financial Auditor at PwC France and has also held positions at KPMG Luxembourg and Siemens. Paul holds dual master's degrees in Audit Expertise and Corporate Finance from ESSCA and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, respectively, alongside a distinguished Baccalauréat in Sciences.
