Mike Ostiguy has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Mike began their career as a Sales Account Manager at Ferguson Perforating from 2002 to 2004 before venturing into green building and energy efficiency projects. From 2004 to 2009, they operated as the Business Owner and Managing Operator of Evolved Building Solutions LLC, specializing in building and remodeling homes and commercial businesses with a focus on green-building practices.

In 2009, Mike joined Next Step Living as an Energy Advisor before progressing to roles such as Senior Field Manager and Operations and Strategy Manager. During their time at Next Step Living, they managed a team, developed training programs, and initiated new lines of business to expand the company's impact in the energy efficiency and sustainability market.

In 2016, Mike joined New Ecology, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they managed and consulted on green building and energy efficiency projects. Mike completed energy audits, developed strategies for new construction and retrofitting, and conducted feasibility analyses for multi-family buildings.

Currently, they work at Abode Energy Management as the Director of Field Operations, a position they have held since October 2017. Recently, they were promoted to the role of VP of Operations in September 2019.

Mike Ostiguy graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General. Mike also holds certifications including (BPI) Multi Family Building Analyst, Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst, Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), and a MA Construction Supervisors License.
