Cha Martin has over 17 years of extensive experience in human resources, talent mobility, and systems management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Aboitiz Group with roles in Talent Mobility, Total Rewards, People Enablement, Transformation, and HR Technology and Innovation since December 2018.
