Derek Hensley is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in operations management and digital services. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Services at Abound Credit Union since September 2023, Derek previously held the role of Operations Manager at Cargo Solution Express from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a 40-truck fleet and acting as a liaison between shippers and receivers. Prior to that, Derek managed operations at On Time Courier, overseeing 50 drivers and focusing on customer relationship management. Earlier experience includes roles at Bluegrass Cellular as a Wireless Sales Consultant, Communicare Inc. as a Mental Health Technician, and Finish Line as an Assistant Manager. Derek earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Ministries/Studies from Campbellsville University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.
